Pain, pain go away…
Last sunday was a turning point for me. Although I had seen some amazing results in terms of my Rheumatoid Arthritis with the vegan diet, the last month I had been full of flare ups and swelling. I did a lot of research but finally decided that going through the elimination diet was the best thing I could do.
In this weeks video I explain this process in detail and some of the struggles I had. In just a week my pain went from 9 to 2 and the swelling and stiffness have also been reduced significantly.
