Creamy Vegan Pasta You’ll LOVE!

Creamy cheesiness IS possible with vegan meals!

A few days ago I posted a picture of my favorite creamy pasta. I had so many requests for the recipe, that I decided to make a video.

I love this recipe because it complies with my “personal recipe policy”(less than 10 ingredients and less than 20 min.)

I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients:

Brown Rice pasta
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of almond milk (any non-dairy milk)
3 tbs. of flour to thicken
3-5 tbs. of nutritional yeast
white pepper and salt to taste

Instructions:

Sauté onions and garlic with water or vegetable stock. Add milk, flour, nutritional yeast, white pepper and salt. Bring to a quick boil and then reduce heat to medium and stir constantly until all ingredients are combined. If needed add more flour to thicken.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Mix pasta and sauce…

    This recipe looks absolutely fab and something that my whole family would eat. I live in the UK and I don’t know if we have such a thing as nutritional yeast so I shall make it my mission this week to try to find some!!! Thanks Daniela!
