Simple Meals – Less is MORE!

How many times have you looked at a recipe and felt overwhelmed and unequipped? I used to feel this way all the time, until I decided to make “Simple Meals”!

 Today I’m going to share with you why it’s so important to choose simple meals
Now before we start we need to define what simple means.
The definition of simple depends on your own tolerance for the amount of ingredients and the amount of time that it takes to make a meal.
For example I have a very low tolerance for both the amount of ingredients and the amount of time it takes to make a meal. However, if you enjoy cooking, you may have more ingredients available to you and may be willing to spend more time in the kitchen.
In order to simplify my life I have created my personal policy for recipes.I only cook recipes that have 10 or less ingredients, and take 15 to 20 minutes of prep time.Creating this policy has been a game changer for me. Now I know that when I am going to cook, it’s not going to take that long and when I go grocery shopping, the bill isn’t going to break the bank!
